Ingredients of Shrimp Fried Rice

  1. Prepare of long grain rice.
  2. Prepare of shrimps cleaned, deveined.
  3. You need of long beans chopped into 1” pieces.
  4. Prepare of small size carrot chopped fine.
  5. Prepare of green chillies ,slit.
  6. You need of medium size onion chopped fine.
  7. Prepare of garlic pod chopped fine.
  8. You need of ginger chopped fine.
  9. Prepare of egg.
  10. You need of Salt.
  11. You need of canola oil.

Shrimp Fried Rice step by step

  1. Wash the vegetables like carrots and beans and chop them. Carrots chopped fine and beans into 1” pieces. Wash the rice and in 2 cups water boil the rice. Wash the shrimps.
  2. Rice should be 2/3 done. Drain and set aside.
  3. In a wok heat Canola oil and fry the onions to soften but not brown.
  4. Add chopped ginger, garlic and stir for 1-2 mins. Add chopped vegetables and green chillies and stir for 2-3 mins..
  5. Add shrimps and stir for 2-3 mins until.
  6. Add rice and stir very well to mix all the vegetables and shrimps well with rice. Add salt and stir once.
  7. In another bowl break the egg and heat well. In another wok add 1/2 Tbsp oil and make a scrambled egg. Add to the Fried Rice.
  8. Enjoy the Shrimp Fried Rice hot.
