- Wash and soak rice for 10 minutes.Boil water in a pan with 1 tbsp oil,1 tsp salt and add the rice.Let it boil till it is 70-80% cooked.Add 2 cups cold water.Give it a stir and strain water completely.Spread out to cool.Meanwhile slice into thin strips boneless chicken breast.Clean and devein prawns.Chop all vegetables into thin strips.Chop onion and mince garlic..
