Ingredients of Fried Rice

  1. You need 4 cups of Rice.
  2. It's 2 of large carrot cut in cube.
  3. Prepare 1 tin of Green Peas.
  4. You need 1 of bulb onion dice.
  5. You need 5 of fresh pepper diced.
  6. It's 1 of cksp veg oil.
  7. Prepare 1 tbsp of curry powder.
  8. It's 2 of green bell pepper cut in bit.
  9. You need to taste of salt.
  10. You need of shrimps.
  11. Prepare of sausages diced.
  12. Prepare 3 of knorr cube.
  13. You need 1 tin of sweet corn.
  14. It's of fried Chicken to serve.

Fried Rice instructions

  1. Heat up water in a large pot and once its hot and boiling add rice and parboil till its almost tender and make sure to put enough water to cover the base of the rice.
  2. Heat up frying pan and add veg oil, once its hot, add onions and stir after a minute or 2 add pepper, stir in curry powder, knorr cube, shrimps, diced sausages and salt.
  3. Add the carrots, green peas and green bell pepper and sweet corn; mix everything together and set aside.
  4. In a separate pot, pour in a quarter of the rice and a quarter of the veggies mix and mix them together, do this continuously till you complete the process.
  5. Stir everything together and allow the fried rice to heat up then turn off the heat and serve with fried chicken.
