Ingredients of Fried Rice
- You need 4 cups of Rice.
- It's 2 of large carrot cut in cube.
- Prepare 1 tin of Green Peas.
- You need 1 of bulb onion dice.
- You need 5 of fresh pepper diced.
- It's 1 of cksp veg oil.
- Prepare 1 tbsp of curry powder.
- It's 2 of green bell pepper cut in bit.
- You need to taste of salt.
- You need of shrimps.
- Prepare of sausages diced.
- Prepare 3 of knorr cube.
- You need 1 tin of sweet corn.
- It's of fried Chicken to serve.
Fried Rice instructions
- Heat up water in a large pot and once its hot and boiling add rice and parboil till its almost tender and make sure to put enough water to cover the base of the rice.
- Heat up frying pan and add veg oil, once its hot, add onions and stir after a minute or 2 add pepper, stir in curry powder, knorr cube, shrimps, diced sausages and salt.
- Add the carrots, green peas and green bell pepper and sweet corn; mix everything together and set aside.
- In a separate pot, pour in a quarter of the rice and a quarter of the veggies mix and mix them together, do this continuously till you complete the process.
- Stir everything together and allow the fried rice to heat up then turn off the heat and serve with fried chicken.
