Ingredients of Fried Rice
- You need of Rice.
- It's of large carrot cut in cube.
- You need of Green Peas.
- It's of bulb onion dice.
- Prepare of fresh pepper diced.
- It's of cksp veg oil.
- You need of curry powder.
- It's of green bell pepper cut in bit.
- You need of salt.
- It's of shrimps.
- You need of sausages diced.
- Prepare of knorr cube.
- You need of sweet corn.
- Prepare of fried Chicken to serve.
Fried Rice step by step
- Heat up water in a large pot and once its hot and boiling add rice and parboil till its almost tender and make sure to put enough water to cover the base of the rice.
- Heat up frying pan and add veg oil, once its hot, add onions and stir after a minute or 2 add pepper, stir in curry powder, knorr cube, shrimps, diced sausages and salt.
- Add the carrots, green peas and green bell pepper and sweet corn; mix everything together and set aside.
- In a separate pot, pour in a quarter of the rice and a quarter of the veggies mix and mix them together, do this continuously till you complete the process.
- Stir everything together and allow the fried rice to heat up then turn off the heat and serve with fried chicken.
