1. You need of Lean mince meat.
2. You need of Pasta Sauce.
3. You need of Spiral Pasta.
4. It's of Green bell pepper.
5. It's of Red Onion.
6. Prepare of Worcestershire Sauce.
7. You need of Mushrooms.
8. Prepare of Olive Oil.
9. You need of Shreaded cheese.
10. It's of Cottage cheese.

Mushroom Pasta Bake instructions

1. Fill large saucepan with water & boil.
2. Add olive oil to water then add pasta & heat on high for 12 mins.
3. Chop red onion, mushrroms and pepper into small pieces.
4. In separate pan cook meat on medium heat until brown.
5. Drain fat from meat then add onions, mushrooms, peppers, worcestershire sauce & pasta sauce to meat, stir and simmer.
6. Add meat to baking dish, spread cottage cheese across meat. place pasta across meat. Sprinkle cheese across pasta and bake for 20 mins middle oven shelf on No 4.
