Ingredients of Chili Mac
- Prepare 1 lb of spicy chorizo.
- You need half of an onion, chopped.
- It's 1 can of black beans, undrained.
- It's 1 can of pinto beans, undrained.
- Prepare 3/4 cup of tomato juice or V8.
- It's 1/4 cup of diced tomatoes.
- Prepare 12 oz of spaghetti.
- Prepare of shredded sharp cheddar cheese.
- Prepare 1 package of chili seasoning.
Chili Mac instructions
- Brown chorizo in a skillet, add onion. Cook 5 min.
- Add beans, tomatoes, chili seasoning and tomato juice. Simmer on low.
- Boil water and cook noodles per package directions.
- Drain noodles, top with chili and shredded cheese. I added a bit of fresh onion on top too..
