  6. You need 1 can (15 oz) of whole kernel corn.
  7. Prepare 2 cups of uncooked macaroni shells.
  8. It's 1 of bell pepper, chopped (my addition).
  9. It's of Salt & Pepper.
  10. You need of Tortilla Chips (optional).
  11. It's of Shredded Cheese (I used mild cheddar).

  3. Add uncooked macaroni and reduce heat to low. Cover and simmer for 10-15 minutes (until pasta is cooked through). Stir occasionally..
  4. Remove from heat. Sprinkle cheese on top and cover..
