Well, you can with the help of your slow cooker. Just add pork butt or shoulder to a slow cooker with citrus juice, garlic, onion, and some spices, then let it cook for. Return the pork to the slow cooker to soak up the marinade. To prepare the cauliflower "rice," chop the cauliflower into small pieces, and then add to a food processor bowl.

  1. First dice and chop up all your onions and peppers then add them and garlic to bottom of slow cooker.

  3. Add seasonings to a bowl and mix.
